Product Owner & Business Analyst InternAmman, Jo
- Own and prioritize the product backlog, turning business, security and regulatory requirements into user stories and clear acceptance criteria for the engineering team.
- Act as the bridge between business stakeholders and developers, running requirement sessions, clarifying scope mid-sprint, and keeping delivery aligned with agreed priorities.
- Design and execute UAT and end-to-end test cases across a microservices platform, tracking execution in structured trackers and reporting defects with reproduction steps engineers can act on directly.
- Investigate issues to root cause before escalation, separating genuine product defects from configuration, data and environment problems — cutting avoidable back-and-forth with development.
- Author functional documentation and process flows covering transaction handling, product configuration and security controls, giving business and technical teams a shared reference point.
- Lead certification test design for the platform's card products, currently working through Visa certification — writing and executing the test cases, validating platform behaviour against expected outcomes, and assembling the evidence pack the certification depends on.

- Interpreted findings to highlight key drivers of anxiety and barriers to adoption.
- Developed actionable recommendations for training and policy to reduce anxiety and support clinical integration of AI.
October 2026Sprintwise | Next.js, TypeScript, PostgreSQL, Prisma, Jira Cloud API, Playwright
- Built Sprintwise, a live web app that scores user stories for sprint readiness against nine fixed rules, out of 100 with a plain-English reason for every point lost, and flags AI-drafted stories that read well but aren't ready to start.
- Measures each sprint against a locked day-one baseline (scope added and removed, churn, completion and why scope changed), plans against the team's real velocity, tracks trends across sprints, and shares a one-page report with stakeholders by link.
- Integrated Jira Cloud both ways, importing, syncing and sending edits back, with CSV import as a fallback; no AI reads the tickets.
- Ran it as a product: wrote the requirements and backlog, logged each product decision with its reasoning, and shipped versioned releases with automated unit, end-to-end and accessibility tests. Live at sprintwise-omega.vercel.app with a public demo.
July 2025DocSera | C#, JavaScript, CSS, Next.js, TailwindCSS, MySQL
- Developed Docsera, an intelligent appointment management platform featuring an AI-powered chatbot for patient inquiries, bookings, and automated reminders. Built secure, role-based portals for patients, clinicians, and administrators to streamline communication and reduce scheduling conflicts.
- Implemented the solution using API calls, logic with C#, Next.js (React), MySQL, and Tailwind CSS; integrated n8n for workflow automation and conducted end-to-end testing to ensure performance and reliability.
